  • Seriously, no minimum orders?

    Seriously. One mug, one hoodie, one tin sign—we'll print it. That's literally why we exist..

  • How fast can you actually turn stuff around?

    Mugs and tin signs: same-day if you order early, next day otherwise. T-shirts and hoodies: next day if we have stock, 7-14 days if we need to order blanks. Rush jobs? We handle them all the time.

  • Can I see samples before I order?

    Absolutely. Come by 29 Albert Place and check out our work. We've got mugs, tees, hoodies, tin signs, and more on display..

  • What file formats do you need?

    PNG, JPG, PDF, AI—we take them all. Not sure what you've got? Bring it to the shop and we'll figure it out together. We can even help with design if you need it.

  • Do you take walk-ins?

    Yes! Walk-ins welcome. Hours: Mon/Wed/Thu 9:30am-5pm, Tue/Fri 10am-4pm, Sat 10:30am-2pm. Closed Sundays.

  • Do you ship or is it pickup only?

    Both. Pick up at the shop during business hours, or we can arrange shipping. Just ask for rates and timeframes.
